Receiving an order
Your order will be verified after 1 business day from the moment the payment is made. Our products may arrive up to 4 business days with the exception of exceptional locations. When your order goes out for distribution, you will receive an SMS message regarding the delivery status, a courier on our behalf will contact you by phone or through a message. Coordinate a new date for distribution.

Shipping Terms
We offer free nationwide shipping. Free shipping delivery time will take 3 to 7 business days and will include tracking and insurance. We ship our products in Israel through an express delivery company. All the orders are kept in their warehouse under proper conditions and the distribution leaves their warehouses to the customers in the fastest and most orderly manner within a few hours. If you would like an unusual delivery from today to today and you cannot wait for the distribution period, you will have to inform us about it by email in order for us to send you an unusual delivery, unusual deliveries are subject to an additional charge relative to each region (North/South/Center). And if it is possible, we send you a courier who will deliver the product to you. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Once your item has shipped you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your shipment.

Returns Policy
Since each product is carefully made to order, I offer an exchange of the products with an alternative product or alternatively a refund if the product is unopened and in its original packaging against a purchase invoice. In this case, we ask to send to our address independently by registered mail only with a tracking number that you will update by email with an ordered order number up to a week from the day you contact us for an exchange or credit and we will make sure to credit you and keep you informed at every step in the return of the products. Any return against a refund will have a legally accepted cancellation fee of 5% or NIS 100 (whichever is lower). If all conditions are met, the original form of payment will be credited; If not, all items will be sent back to the customer with an explanation. Customer bears all shipping costs for all returned items. Our products are sold in new condition. Health and beauty products, like any material, are susceptible to damage and require storage in a cool, dry place. It is important to be aware of the products and choose items that suit your lifestyle. The items are valid and well packed, their validity is long. The goods must be free of wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent it from being sold as new. Special orders, products opened from their original packaging are not eligible for return or credit.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return or exchange policy for most products. Please contact our business center which handles inquiries from subscribers to the exporter service for more information on the return process. We will do our best to resolve any issues you may have with your order.

In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will work with you to find a solution and replace any damaged or lost items.
